We work with the puppies daily to pass on a puppy that is well mannered and has a mild temperament. However, dogs are dogs and certain behavior is to be expected and dealt with as they grow such as nipping, jumping, barking adn even growling sometimes, it is up to you to continue training your puppy after they come into your home. They are like young children and still need to be continually taught how to behave.
